General terms and conditions of sale

The seller is SPLASH EUROPE SASU, Société par actions simplifiée à associé unique, with share capital of 1 000 €, whose registered office is located at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France — SIREN Registration in progress. VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (VAT exemption scheme) — pending confirmation Contact : contact@splash-drink.com.

The SPLASH brand and payments are managed by SPLASH GLOBAL LLC, Limited Liability Company (LLC) — Delaware, EIN 98-1965890, whose registered office is located at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA.

SPLASH sells sugar-free electrolyte hydration drink sticks, as well as accessories (bottle, mixer, gift cards). Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding. Compositions and nutritional values are shown on each product page and on the packaging, which shall prevail.

The customer selects their products, confirms their basket, enters their delivery details and then proceeds to payment. The sale is final once payment is confirmed; a confirmation email summarising the order is then sent.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment dispute, an abnormal order or a stock shortage, with a full refund.

• Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges shown before the order is confirmed.

• Payment by debit/credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal or Klarna via our provider Shopify Payments. Payments are collected by SPLASH GLOBAL LLC. No banking data is stored by the seller.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Offers such as "buy 1 get 1 free", "buy 2 get 2 free" and "buy 3 get 3 free" are one-off purchases, with no commitment or automatic renewal.

• Free products and gifts (1 free flavor, mini multivitamin pack, limited edition, discount card) are automatically added to the order depending on the offer chosen.
• Offers are valid while stocks last and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Free items cannot be refunded or exchanged for their cash value.

• Areas served: mainland United Kingdom and the European Union.
• Order preparation within 24 to 48 working hours; estimated delivery 2 to 5 working days in the UK, 3 to 8 days within the EU.
• Free delivery in the UK from Offer 1 onwards.
• A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
• If a parcel arrives damaged, note your reservations with the carrier and contact us within 72 hours with photos.

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

The request must be made by email to contact@splash-drink.com. Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging and unopened. Return costs are the customer's responsibility. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Exception (Art. L221-28 3°): foodstuffs opened after delivery cannot be taken back for hygiene and health protection reasons.

Goodwill gesture — return within 30 days: beyond the legal time limit, the seller accepts returns up to 30 days after receipt, provided the products are unopened, complete and in their original packaging. Return costs are the customer's responsibility; refund within 14 days of receipt of the return. Free items are neither taken back nor refunded.

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Any non-conforming, expired or damaged product will be replaced or refunded on simple presentation of photos.

Any complaint must be sent to contact@splash-drink.com. Failing an amicable solution, the customer may make free use of the consumer mediator : Médiateur de la consommation compétent — coordonnées communiquées sur simple demande à contact@splash-drink.com.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules.
