The SPLASH brand and payments are managed by SPLASH GLOBAL LLC. Some payment data is therefore processed in the United States under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Identity and contact details: first name, surname, email, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses.
• Order: products, amounts, history, tracking number.
• Payment: processed exclusively by our provider (Shopify Payments / PayPal / Klarna) on behalf of SPLASH GLOBAL LLC. No card number is stored by SPLASH.
• Browsing: pages viewed, device, technical data and audience measurement (subject to your consent).
• Support: the content of your messages, reviews and answers to the hydration quiz.

• Management of orders, deliveries and invoicing — performance of the contract.
