1. Shipping
- Order preparation within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Estimated delivery 2 to 5 working days in mainland UK, 3 to 8 days within the European Union.
- A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
Orders are prepared and dispatched by SPLASH EUROPE SASU, based in France.
2. Delivery charges
- Free delivery on all offers in mainland UK (from £29.90 of purchases).
- The charges applicable to other destinations are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
3. Order tracking
You can track your parcel at any time from the Track my order page, using the tracking number received by email.
4. Returns and withdrawal
Return within 30 days. Beyond the legal 14-day withdrawal period, SPLASH offers you, as a goodwill gesture, 30 days from receipt to return your order, provided the products are complete, in their original packaging and unopened. . Return costs are your responsibility. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Foodstuffs opened after delivery cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons (Art. L221-28 3°). Free items are not eligible for any refund.

5. Damaged or lost parcel
If a parcel arrives damaged, note your reservations with the carrier and contact us within 72 hours with photos: we will resend or refund the order.
