1. Service operator
The mobile Service is operated by SPLASH Drink, represented by SPLASH EUROPE SASU. Registered office : 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Contact : contact@splash-drink.com.
2. Changes to the service
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service, or any of its features, at any time and without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
3. Consent to SMS messages
By agreeing to receive SMS/text messages from SPLASH Drink, you consent to receiving recurring messages from SPLASH Drink and on its behalf, sent via your mobile network operator to the mobile number you have provided, even if that number is registered on a national or federal telemarketing opt-out ("Do Not Call") list.
Messages may be sent using an automated dialling system or any other similar technology. Promotional messages may include offers, promotions, exclusive discounts and other marketing communications (for example, abandoned basket reminders).
4. Types of messages
You may receive various types of messages: promotional offers, announcements of new products, abandoned basket reminders, information about your order, invitations to take part in surveys or loyalty programmes. Message frequency may vary.
5. Costs and compatibility
Receiving SMS messages may result in charges from your network operator depending on your plan. SPLASH Drink does not cover these charges. The Service is compatible with most mobile phones and operators; some operators may not support all features.
6. Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. Once we have received your request, we will send you a confirmation SMS and you will no longer receive promotional messages, except for communications strictly necessary for the fulfilment of an order in progress.
7. Disclaimer of liability
SPLASH Drink does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The liability of SPLASH Drink cannot be invoked in the event of delay, loss, transmission error or non-receipt of messages due to technical constraints or mobile telephone networks.

9. Applicable law
